Bring your ward and your questions.

Half an hour on aurii with the people who built it, run on the documentation your team actually writes. Governance, residency and audit answered in the same sitting.

A working session, not a pitch.

You already know what your documentation costs your team. The walkthrough is where you find out whether aurii takes it off them, and what your governance people will have to sign.

  • Format

Half an hour, video or on site

Thirty minutes is enough to see the whole path from a spoken consult to a signed document. If your committee needs longer, say so when you book and we hold the extra time.

  • Who runs it

    The people who built aurii

You get the team that writes the product, so the security, residency and audit questions get answered in the room rather than taken away and returned in a week.

  • What you see

    Your documentation, drafted live

We run a round in the shape your team writes it, and you watch the note, the GP and referrer letters, the private health fund billing and the discharge assemble from one spoken consult. Synthetic demo patients throughout.

  • What you leave with

The evaluation pack and a straight answer

The security detail, the data processing terms and the audit position, in writing, plus an honest read on whether aurii fits your ward today. If it does not, we say so.

Where the thirty minutes actually goes.

No discovery call before the real call. The walkthrough is the first and only meeting you need before a pilot ward.

  1. Your round, described

You tell us how your ward documents today, who writes what, and where the evening catch-up happens. Short, and it sets everything that follows.

    ~5 min · you talk
  2. aurii on your documentation

We speak a consult in your shape and the note, letters, billing and discharge draft themselves in front of you. You interrupt wherever you want detail.

    ~10 min · live product
  3. Governance and residency

Where the data lives, how it is encrypted and isolated, what the audit trail records, what your agreement and data processing terms say.

    ~10 min · straight answers
  4. What a pilot would look like

One ward, real rounds, judged on your own numbers. You leave knowing the scope, the timing and what it costs.

~5 min · your next step

The usual questions.

Short answers. The longer ones live on the security page and in the evaluation pack.

No. You get the builders, not an account executive with a deck. We run the product on the documentation your team writes, answer what you ask, and tell you plainly where aurii does not fit yet.

Whoever will have to say yes. That is usually a clinical lead plus IT or clinical governance, and procurement if an agreement is in play. Everything on the security and residency side gets answered in the same half hour, so nobody has to relay it second hand.

Nothing is required. If you send a de-identified example of the note, letter or discharge your team writes today, we will have aurii drafting in that shape when we start. Never send identifiable patient information by email.

No. The walkthrough runs on synthetic demo patients. Real admissions only come in once you are set up in your own tenant, hosted in Australia, encrypted record by record and isolated to your practice.

Yes. Request early access and we set you up on your own admissions with the whole platform. The walkthrough exists for the questions a signup form cannot answer, and you can do both in either order.

Bring the hard questions.
Half an hour is enough.

See aurii run on your own documentation and get the governance answers in the same sitting. Or request access today and book the walkthrough after.
