The documents, ready on day one.

20 first-party templates, installed in one click, shaped to your voice at setup.

Every template, named.

The complete first-party set, grouped by the document it produces. The names do the persuading: these are the artefacts an Australian private admission actually generates, from the admission note to the letter that closes the loop with the GP. Every template passes the clinical board before release.

No popularity ranking and no download counts: we don't invent usage data. Grouping and the order of the stay are the only sort you get, and the count above is computed from the list itself.

What one looks like filled in.

A directory that only lists names proves nothing. Here is the shipped Progress note template carrying a synthetic patient: the section headings are the template exactly as installed, the content is what a spoken round drafts into it.

Shaped to your round, then yours to change.

A template in aurii is a working object, not a static form. It sets the shape your drafts arrive in, and it belongs to your practice, not to us.

  • Install Installed in one click. The starter set installs from Setup, and the installer skips anything you already have, so re-running it never creates duplicates. You land on usable templates, not a blank "new note" screen.
  • Shaping Shaped at setup. Setup includes shaping templates to your round: your sections, your ordering, your sign-off. The first drafts should read like you wrote them, because the shape came from you, not from a generic form.
  • Ownership Yours to change. Duplicate any template, edit it, set your own default for each letter type. Templates live inside your practice's own encrypted tenancy, so your changes stay yours and never leak into anyone else's.
  • Limits Structure only. A template controls the shape of a document, nothing more. The drafts land inside it; the impression and the plan are yours, and no document built from any template is filed, sent or billed until you sign it.
Need a template we do not ship?

Building the note type you need is part of setup, not a paid extra. Tell us the document, send a de-identified example of how you like it laid out, and it is in your account before you go live.
